Officer cabins aren‘t required while using medical facility

When one (or more) medical facilities are installed on the ship that allow officer cabins, it is possible to remove the officer cabins within the small component slots of the ship. Effect; instead having 7 suites for 7 officers you will have 6 (or less) suites for 7 officers when removing the officer cabins. It will only work when the medical facilities, which contain officer cabins, are installed before removing the officer cabins.

@pysdon thanks for the report. I've given a try to reproducing it but had no luck unfortunately. I don't understand the order of operations you performed.

Can you please rewrite the report into a procedure we can try to use to reproduce? A 1, 2, 3 style?

1. Get 7 officers
2. Swap a cabin for a medical cabin ??
3. ??
