Covert Ops Contact Trait

Hi! Im not sure if this is a bug or what but Covert Ops contact trait i know has both buy Intel and Recruits Spies. However, when it procs to a contact that has innate buy scientific intel like Chaesin Researcher or Medical Provost (Zette), option to buy Intel per se does not show anymore.

Not sure why but it kinda defeats the purpose of having to recruit spies from that contact to generate regular intel but cant sell those regular intel to that same contact.

As always, I know you guys are busy but good job as always for the non stop updates!

Thanks for the post. The bug was actually that Cover Ops had no effect on Intel / Scientific Intel, regardless of their previous Intel offerings.
fixed for next.
