"First Infections" Rumor in the Wilderness? (Minor bug?)

So I've past/finished the Plague Era while carrying one of my officers with the Pox Infected trait, waiting for her to probably get better and hopefully get the Pox Survivor trait (that happened), but 2+ years and it didn't clear up. What I did notice as I went straight into the Jyeeta era was that even wilderness planets (pure wilderness planets, no colony) would get the First Infections rumor.

I have nowhere to shove the medicines!   And I'm betting it'd clear up soon anyway because of the treatment already having being synthesized, but that was...strange. I felt bad that it's probably meaning affecting the Hunna maybe, but no idea on that front.

It may take a long time for the Pox to break on any given character. Considering visiting the Gestalt.

Fixed the issue where First Infections could appear on a wilderness zone.
