I just had an Indie Military Officer seize my "illegal cargo" of Kloxian Medical Bays. Indies don't require trade permits....

I just had an Indie Military Officer seize my "illegal cargo" of Kloxian Medical Bays. Indies don't require trade permits.... Actually, I believe Indies IGNORE trade permits and confiscate anything requiring a permit. |

The rule goes the other way -- cargo is only protected by a permit of the faction of the enemy ship. You can't get an indie permit, so there is no cargo protected from Indies.

They will seize cargo based on the Quadrant's Owner in most cases.
