Attack die roll ties go to the...

I tried searching the forum, but couldn't find the answer.  When attacker and defender compare successes from their strong and standard dice, if it's a tie what happens? (attacker hits, attacker fails, attacker hits but defender can counterattack, etc.).  The wiki says different things on different pages.

All ties are hits, going in favor of the attacker.
