Just out of interest, you've (cory) hinted at a star traders story mode in the future - how close is it to completion (is it even being worked on at the moment?) and would there be any scope for forum imput - I'd love to get involved in writing/editing something!

I would expect something like this in ST2, but I wouldn't bet on it in the existing ST.
I'm tired of customizing sigs every time I flash a ROM. This time it's plain old Torp City!

If you have any interest in writing for Cyber Knights instead of Star Traders, you could start writing game content right now. See: startradersrpg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=ckrpgtalk&action=display&thread=2623 Since all the TB games use the same engine, the story mode that is being developed for CK should be usable in ST. But I don't know the details of that, we will have to wait for Cory or Andrew to clarify.

@jr - as far as I am aware, there will be no story mode added to ST. That would be in ST2. Story mode is being added to CK at this time by the dev team.

I'd love to help with cyberknights too.
But when the time comes and you sit down at your computer, scratching your head for ideas for ST2 - know that there's someone out there waiting to help if they're needed!

Don't forget 'acknowledge' as well. And while we are nitpicking, we could add 'develop' to the list, and then there's the thread title 'charade embarno' which prompted a WTF from me and took reading an entire post plus a little thinking afterward to realize it actually meant 'trade embargo' in truth.
One of my online buddies calls another a Spell Nazi, and I then piggyback the term 'Grammar Gestapo' because it matches the theme.

Rule #1 of life: Knolege is power ;D Rule #1 of grävling: spell 'knowledge' correctly! No sir, if you are going to go after people for spelling errors, you are going to have to do it under your own flag.

From this day onwards, I solemnly swear that I will seek out and destroy all bad spelling without intruding upon the most honourable Grävling's good name and obeying the scout law. Amen etc.

#1 rule of the Grammar Gestapo: You must always correct your own grammatical errors ASAP.
