I have noticed there does not seem to be any implants that can help with the negotiate skill. Here are weird ideas I thought about,
1: Hypnotizing eyeware
2: Pheromone emitters (makes them like you better)
3: Vocal cords that use subliminal messages
anyone else have any good ideas ;D

there is only +1 perception which add +1 to both skills but pheremones could be nice  |

How about what all the celebrities and politicians use now days, plastic (cosmetic) surgery. If god didn't give you perfect looks and body shape at birth no problems, a few hours with a laser scalpel, a tuck here an injection there, and tada your the next miss universe or president.

Thank you koles for reminding me, I did forget about the eye implants with the +1 bonus to perception skills. There must be a plastic surgeon somewhere in the NBZ judging by the size of the female NPC's boobs. Those Aztec sales women have good health package from their employer.

i bet that rather plastic surgery they are genetic modified to born with bigger tits and to take to throat without batting an eye  |
