I returned to my home base of operations, Cadar Prime, to find that text mentioned that I wouldn't be able to get to the Military Base! I tried anyway, and found that although that event was in progress, I had full access to base resources, including rearming and contracts.

I would love to, however the event was over befOre I learnt about this here forum. It was something about civil unrest if memory serves (however my memory is fairly poor) if I see it again in my travels, now that I know of cory and his frankly herculean efforts to solve bugs I will be more descriptive
