I just got a contract from Rychart to spy on a star, Wolf Dhas [29,27]. I should have checked the map before accepting. I knew I'd never heard of the place before when I saw the contract come up. Anyways my ship can't seem to fly into the star to spy on it, so it looks like I'm going to fail this contract, but maybe that's better than slow roasting my whole crew where they stand.
Am I missing something here? Has anyone else had this problem?
It's probably not a problem with my device, but for reference sake, I'm playing on a Barnes and Noble Nook Tablet with a custom ROM (CM7), which is the equivalent of Android 2.3.

Thanks for the response. You guys are great and I've been loving Star Traders for a month or so now.
I guess the bigger question is a legal one, how does Cadar claim ownership of this star and what secret things are they trying to do there. At least Rychart is on to them now.

For what it's worth, Wolf Dhas is the only star I can find on my map that's not Independant. Of course, I could have errors in the faction data so there could well be others but I'd expect more reports here if that was the case.

You are correct -- Wolfe Dhas is the only star that was somehow allocated to Faction ownership. The question of how Cadar managed to control an entire star is an interesting one. Good thing Rychart has spies inside the operation already. I smell a Trade War coming soon  |

In a recent rumor from Zu Chong-Zhi's spice hall, I have heard that Cadar has also ensured that Rychart has also had spies IN Wolfe Dhas...
... however briefly.

FYI - Rychart are not the brightest of factions - this is what you get from building a megacorporation based solely on manufacturing hats!
