I want Zombie Ninja Pirate Robots. Set the game in the 1920s Prohibition era. Oh, and Star Wars On Ice. With Dinosaurs. You HAVE to make this. It's a must! Just think of chocolatey goodness oozing from that idea! You used to eat peanut butter and licorice pizzas on friday nights didn't you? Don't judge!

Not many steam punk games out there. You've addressed cyberpunk... how about the steam punk sub genre? "Heros of Steam" Travel across an alternate Victorian era world with advanced steam craft and devilry; full of suave strong armed men in bowler hats and quick witted damsels in corsets that can strike with martial art goodness. A steam/cog powered robot intelligence or two would help.

A couple of my friends actually started working on the lore of a steampunk world earlier today - it's in the early 18th century, but in a parallel universe where magic is also present; they're going to write it as a manga.

I'm not surprised - they're both big FF fans, particularly of VI.

Six was the best. Not a huge fan of the character designer or the magitek armor though. I think if I had to design a magic powered mech it would probably be derived from a suit of articulated plate mail. That stuff was so well engineered NASA researched it when designing the lujar space suits back in the 60s.
This has been another... USELESS fact.

Sorry for double post and at the risk of going off-topic even more, I have to say IX had the biggest emotional impact for me. *****SPOILER!**** Especially the part where Vivi finds out he was made on a production line, and his brothers aren't alive at all and his whole world comes crashing down. Then he goes ballistic and summons Meteor! That single character had more emotional impact and holds dearer memories for me than the whole of IV-VIII put together.

Very interested in voting but not too sure on what the games listed are, besides the direct sequels. Can anyone offer a sentence on each?
