Why can't I get the zealot?

I am having trouble getting the zealot. I am playing on demanding and reach rank 6 before 61.36 AE. Which by my calculations is the 4 years and 36 weeks cut off for the award. I never receive the award when I try to claim it. I have done this with at least 5 different captains already. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe it refers to level 6 military rank

Ah yea that was it. I don't know how I missed that. That sure makes the achievement a lot easier to complete. Thanks for the help
