Is there a possibility of getting a skip all button when starting a new game? I don't mind starting over but when I die and have to wait a good min and a half to tap the screen its like the game is telling me to screw myself haha.

well I figured I couldn't be the only one...I only lost 38 captains on Crazy, so I figure 10 secs to type this will save me thousands of mins on my free time.
