New bug talent menu kicks you out of game

Device Samsung galaxy s4
Go into any character's talent menu and select a known talent. The up/down buttons appear. Now press any unlearned (grey talent). Up and down buttons still remain. Pressing either button kicks you out of the game back to desktop.

Expected behavior is for up down buttons to be removed on selecting unlearned talent OR unlearned talents can also be reordered.
