Bug Report
Playing with Vincent and his skill, Frigid Air says in the description that it disables ranged enemies. Now does this mean that the curse a)only works on ranged enemies or b)ranged enemies should not be able to fire while cursed? In either case it doesn't seem to be working properly, I can cast Frigid Air on melee enemies and, when cast on ranged enemies, they still rain pointy death on poor Vraes.

I think it just takes an attack away from enemy archers, but its just one and not worth spending SP on in my opinion. I only use it for the exp. |

johndramey - I've added #HOS-2254 to clear up the description on this one. It reduces the accuracy of ranged combatants and anyone's damage, but the description is a bit misleading. You can cast it on anyone. It also needs some AoE balance -- rolled all those notes into the ticket.

johndramey - resolved, this "Weakens enemies" and the talent description specifically states ranged accuracy. However, it also reduces damage on any monster. Fixed the AoE progression.
