It would be nice to be able to adjust the order of the party. I'm aware that whomever you have leading the group of 4 will always be in front, but it would be handy to set the other 3 to how you want. For example, if you've got the Cleric set up as a pure melee build it would likely be beneficial for her to show up in front of the Wizard. Or other combinations, that I'm sure will get more varied as more classes are added.

I agree that it would be useful to define the order that your party de-gloms in. I would have the Cleric at the back ... The Outlander is at the front, followed by either the Thief or Wizard (each are equally at ease in the #2 slot).

Maybe way down the road when we have all the characters done.

I was thinking something similar. Maybe the ability to set out of combat party order. Wouldn't matter what passing every one took as long as it was consistent, and you would be able to set up a rear guard or not as fit the situation.

I saw it in the post recapitulation that it's been put in the not planned category. Clearly the leader is the leader and in front. For other it's a bit strange, the only point bothering me (a little) is the Paladin in last position, that's not a cleric, she is a front woman, and even if sometimes it's handy have her at the back, most often it's a nuisance that seems a little weird.

I know this has gotten the dreaded Anchor symbol and is not planned but it's something I would like to see as well. When leading with Vraes/Kincaid the placement of the mage directly behind him is terrible. It over exposes him, especially in episode 2 and if there's not a lot of room to maneuver blocks any other melee fighters you might have from getting to the front. If this game is about tactics, the player should have control of major tactical decisions like party order.

I still find this soooo annoying for a game that advertises as a tactics game. I just lost my NMI party to unglomming with 4 archers in range of Vincent who stands right behind Vraes. The party is solid all around but because moving the mage further back is out of the player's hands so they're dead by random unglom.
