v1.1.19
Using Vraes' Burst of Speed and Vincent's Charged Speed: if their AP goes to zero, but there is still movement-only AP remaining, that AP is not usable.
Kind of a bummer for glass-cannon Vincent since he can't dart in, do his stabbity business, then dart away.

bigchris - currently, this is intended functionality of those talents. We need to insure that is clear when you invest in the talent or modify the behavior.

Yeah, definitly needs more clarification. If it's going to stay that way (and I sincerely hope you consider leaving the decription alone and revising the code so that it's usable at any time regardless of standard AP availability) then I have serious talent-point buyer's remorse from an opportunity cost perspective...especially Burst of Speed, which requires a *2* point investment for every additional movement-only AP after the first...ouch. My min/max brain has trouble coping with ambiguous game mechanics, you see.
