So I'm trying my best to turn Vincent into something fun to play. It's not going that well yet. But I did notice that if I use his Charged Speed spell (currently level 2) I can't use his bonus AP once the regular AP is exhausted. So I move up to an enemy and try poking him to death until my AP is 0:1 thinking that I'll be able to slide back and leave that big meany ratykin to carve up Vraes, but I can't move Vincent back and he has to learn to take it like a man.
Don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this, but it is regular for me. I haven't tried it when I'm 0:2 AP yet, it's always been 0:1. Also assuming this is bug and not intentional because what would be the point of having bonus move AP if you can't use it to move after you're done attacking.

Correct, that's on purpose and is the same rules for Vraes and other +Move Points talents.
Balance, Balance. I'm sure you'll find a way to enjoy him as much as everyone else!
I love Vincent, LS and TB are fantastic combo. Fun Fun!

I love Vincent, LS and TB are fantastic combo. Fun Fun! Oh Noes!!! I see flamer vs Neptune all over again. The only problem, is that this "balance" makes the skill a waste of more than one point for most situations and even of one point for some. Although you seem to be ducking the swordmage concept, at least as a primary, for a nuker and weak buffer. IOW, still a mana hog to be effective. /shout WTB mainline IV spirit potion with infinite charges
