No change in level:
Burst of Speed 9 - 10
Spirit Sight 9 - 10
Ethereal Anguish 3 - 4
Sacrifice 6 - 10 Keep spending Talent points to gain nothing other than 1:1 xfer of more SP the lore bonus remains the same (1xLore).

Sacrifice is more SP per AP for those levels.
Not sure it's a bug, will have to wait for Andrew's response regarding the balancing.

Fair enough, they might all be intentional and for game balance, but I figured it needed to be commented on at least.(You all might have during Alpha. My wife points didn't allow me to be in Alpha.)

Swami - I fixed Ethereal Anguish, I knew there was a reason AoE was not supposed to start until level 4. The others are currently in a holding pattern until we are in a position to modify them and make them different. Thanks.

Fair enough, though waiting til level 4 for AoE makes it unavailable as an AoE until you are in Oskahold(based on my leveling rate) and that is with only 1 talent point used outside of Ethereal Anguish (probably used on Myshana's Tears).

Agreed. It's very powerful once it hits AoE. Level 4 matches the design.
