Wow, that is a really great write up. Who made it? Big props to whomever took the time, I'll read through that whole thing when I get some time and try to see if there is anything that needs to be added to it.

Not all the props go to me, but I have the gall to bask in the approval. I never could have done it all alone. fallen did a really cool job of cleaning it up and making it look pro on the web. johndramey It's been a long road since the Alpha and we've covered allot of ground together. I'll be updating it in the future. You and I both know it only scratches the surface of the enormous detail contained in HoS. Hopefully it will grow the way a grain of sand becomes a pearl. Feel free to jump in, suggestions and new ideas have no horizon.

I'll try, but you did a pretty all-inclusive guide there. I'm still planning on writing up some simple tips and tricks for Vincent and Selen, so if I get around to it I'll be sure to let you know.

tenbsmithThanks for the +1 bump. (Balgair once again owes a debt of gratitude). I've got a companion project in the works if I can get it off the back burner. I also need to do a full audit on the tables for the new release that came out yesterday, there might be some important changes tucked away in there. Many thanks =)

Cool guide, to start the game PC players should have one delivered with the game (many enjoy be dumb and won't made any search and will just complain on the lack of manual, I honestly did no search myself), even if snapshots need be adapted (allowed me see some for the mobile version). The guide includes some hints, but it doesn't hart to include a few major one, in fact many old manuals had many hints.
One point I quoted, about changing equipment during combat, I don't know in general, but for weapons, it's 2AP, seems always this cost, either shield exchange with weapon or bow exchanged with weapon. The only point is take care not remove first the weapon/shield and equip the new stuff because it will cost more. Also it will coast more if the character hands the 2 hands weapon, as it will require 2 actions for equipping two weapons or weapon plus shield.
Not sure any serious build can take profit of this but it's a possibility and the guide mentions something different for AP cost.

How do I use the boost in I bought? I'm tired off replaying the beginning haha. Feel like it should be so simple but I can't figure it out... Thank you
