Ladders will be ranked on
Turns Used (Camps + Walking Tiles) Number of Defeats Total XP Earned
We considered gold as well, but too many dice are rolled.

One question, will tiles explored be included in the calculation anywhere. If not this is definitely not geared towards completionist play because that will see you traveling all over every map to uncover it all. Though I guess that in some way you will have a higher number of enemies killed so maybe that's enough to even it out.

Nightmare 2 is still in testing. Oooh, Nightmare 2? In the middle of Nightmare chapter 2 and unless I get ambushed-killed (that is the enemy wins initiative and I get auto-killed) haven't found anything that the basic team can't handle. I -love- that some mobs move, attack, and then move again AFTER they attack for better positioning. Makes the fights more dynamic. I also loved how the lizard men had range -8- (or was it 9?) attacks. I had to adapt my attacks to use flanking maneuvers (force the enemy to turn corners within range of my attacks) or had to go Genghis Khan by dashing forward with all cylinders and getting into close quarters brutal melee combat.

If there are death counts, I might be at the top. I've bumbled my way through Episode 1 and E2A1 with about 320 deaths. Yup. You read that correctly. over 300. Not even on Nightmare. Its on Normal. To be fair, it was my first group, and my other group with Fyona Vincent and Selen have much fewer deaths, though they are only in the Vermin Tunnels.
