So, yesterday I decided to heavily invest in safehouses through the NBZ and I have been a bit surprised. I went to Independant Propreties Inc. in Southie and started to buy keys. But, at first, I did not understand why the keys were bot disappearing from the shop inventory, so I believed there was a glitch and I bought five times the Fallout Shelter. Very helpful.

So, I thought I could come here and talk about this. The safehouse buying system is very unclear ; I think safehouse keys should disappear from the store's inventory once you bought them. I mean, you can't buy the same place more than once ! It would mean that you can't sell them once you got them too, to make sure that a safehouse does not become unavailable in your game, but it would have more logic than ending up with 5 property titles for the same place in my opinion.

PS : Where can I sell the remaining keys I have ? I did not try since I have got them, it is just to know if my regular pawn shop would accept it or not. Thanks for your answers !

Yeah you can sell the keys at a pawnshop. I had an extra to Liberty Square's apartment and sold for like 175.

When I buy a safe house, I do it when I can buy every one the real estate agent has that way I can just check them off my list and the go to the next one. I do agree that it would be helpful if ones you have bought show up in the agent list when you go there so you do not buy one twice by mistake. I think it would also be somewhat fun if the lease expired after a certain time. Would add a bit of a fun to the mix if you had to worry about making money for your next house payment.

You're right, of course, the current solution puts a lot of work on the player.

I'd like to do a lot more with Safehouses =)
