Had a chance to read the review, and it's pretty good! I'd say he managed to write a well thought out, objective piece; stating both things he liked (the story, the combat) and didn't like (the long-distance travel). Shared it!
One thing he kind of missed the mark on, he said "there seems to be no particular reason to buy the Elite version of the game beyond enthusiasm and a desire to support a burgeoning developer," which isn't really true, you guys released the Elite version as a way to give players who don't like IAP a one-stop-shop kind of thing, delivering all story content for a flat fee. Not a big thing, but the way he worded it kind of sounds... I dunno.... negative?

johndramey - yeah, but it can be a confusing point. 99% of the email that I get about it is a "why are there two and what's the difference?"

Hmmm, that's a little depressing

johndramey - its the same kind of questions that we get with Cyber Knights or any of our games. We have a limited number of characters in the game's description and most people don't read all that any way, so it doesn't seem unreasonable that we can't make it 100% clear. As in our other games, people want to know what's different

Eh, I can see it happening but it is a little depressing that people can't be bothered to spend the <1 minute to read the description while they happily spend the >5 minutes that it takes to email you guys and waste your time. I mean, same thing happens with me in my job, but it always hurts to be reminded how lazy people naturally are. (I'm also lazy )

Customer service with a smile It has won us many return customers. Perhaps less depressing, we have a high % of folks people who bought Elite mistakenly, then realized they can't move IAPs and saved games, contacted us, got the explanation, were offered a refund, and then decided "Nah, keep it. I love the game."
