One of the things that always threatens to derail my groups is when I level up and hit the Inn / leveling camp. Because once I'm there, I'm prone to forget all my carefully laid out plans and just choose the next cool talent. And if I have some method (1 STR, 1 INT, 1 STR, 1 DEX, etc), it's difficult to keep track of where I'm at, especially because not every level gives the same amount of points to spend.
To help me plan ahead and stick to my plan, I've made an excel sheet. I've made a seperate worksheet per character. I haven't verified the amount of points to spend per level. I've taken the leveling table of John Robinson as a base and I've just copied the data to unmapped characters. Since I found the excel sheet useful, I'm going to share this. Maybe you'll find this of use as well.
Download the Planning table in Excel from my dropbox.
Instructions
Only fill in the points in the three columns under Bought points. Only use the white cells. The grey cells mark that that type of point is not available at that level. Fill the cell using a "index".
In this example, I've bought "attribute number 5" in level 2, which is Intelligence, "Skill number 4" (Leadership) in level 4 and "Talent number 5" (Natural Mastery) in level 7.
You can also edit the level-indicator in the upper left. This lets you view what the character will look like in terms of attributes, skills and talents, given the way you've bought your points, at the specified level. In this example, this is what Vraes will look like in level 11, given the way I've planned to spend my points.
Special notes
Don't edit the three "Cumulatieven" tables. They are simply there to help me calculate the final attribute, skill and talent points.
I haven't verified all characters and the points they get per level. I'm building on John Robinson's excellent work, but as that's still incomplete, I can only "guess" at the points per level for the other characters. Simply change the points in "Upgrade table" to correct it. The grey cells in Bought points should automatically reflect these changes.
Level 15 seems to have 2 skill points. The excel sheet doesn't allow you to input two different skills in that level; the chosen skill will just add two points in the total. To work around this in the excel sheet:

- If you're planning on using both points on the same skill, no problem
- Change the upgrade table by making level 15 add 1 point and level 16 also 1, and use these to split the input
- If you're planning on increasing a skill that's also increased in level 14 (e.g. Blades in 14, and Lore + Blades in 15), input Lore in level 14 and Blades in level 15 in the excel sheet.
