I entered the Wildlands and was ambushed. I moved characters around a bit/fought before retreating to Frozen Lake. I then returned to Wildlands where Kinkaid appeared onto of (sharing a square with) an orc. It displays a picture of the orc with his twin daggers sticking out. It allows me to move Kinkaid off the orc and he can carry on as normal but the orc is now invulnerable and Kinkaid cannot attack it.

I'll need to try to figure out the bug to fix that.

Exited the game and reloaded. Game only displayeD half the screen as if in wrong orientation. Only displayed bottom two buttons, quit and the one above it. Had to restart phone.

That's a known issue that Amazon has said they're trying to fix. Amazon's workaround was to exit the game via Home, go to Settings and use "Force Stop" on the game in question. If not on Amazon, let me know and I will update them and report the issue to Google as well.

That makes it sound likely that it is an upstream merge issue somewhere in Google's code or an issue in the display driver. Very much a bummer, hopefully Amazon finds a way to fix it for the Kindle and pushes a fit to AOSP (but I doubt they will.)

Thanks Cory. At least rebooting my phone helped sort out the display. I can get myself into a big enough mess without immortal orcs to help.

slayernz You should know by now if it is possible to misunderstand, be confused or generally break the game, not to mention give Cory grey hairs, it will be me who does it!

All my Kindles have that bug -- mostly on other people's games, but I have seen it a few times on HoS. Using "Force Close" in Settings, I've never had to reboot as a result of it.
