Who's Kurt Cobain And really, marriage isn't that bad. In fact, as a spacer, I don't get to see my wife for decades at a time. It's really good that we live for a few hundred years, or we'd be in a bit of strife. At least I'm an officer though - if I were one of the red-shirts, my life expectancy would be in the months not centuries. And on the fourth day of Christmas, my true love sent to me, Four Templar squad mates Three Syndacates Two Trese Brothers And a Star Ship in a quadrant. (Sorry - started this a bit late)

Is okay ... I forgive you. In fact, I might even save you if ever we were in this situation ... Except my paws aren't strong enough and you're too big. I'd mourn your passing with some good spice though

Want to know what i hate? Trade embargos. "Oh, no! The fighting is so horrible, let's be civil and have a trade ban." "Oh, what's that? You purchased water-fuel from a planet of a Faction we are banning trade with, cuz you didn't want to sail through 10 AU's of deep space with no fuel whatsoever? Guess who's gonna get a bounty on his head..." It's certainly prudent to have caches of water fuel scattered throughout the quadrant. In fact, some captains have even resorted to having large cargo ships stored in drydock JUST to use as emergency fuel tanks during those embargo situations. Of course, when I hear about a trade embargo with Steel Song, the first thing I do is buy lots from the faction that has that embargo. I haven't yet hit -50,000 in reputation with Steel Song - but I'm clooooooooooooooose

"I hate faction alliances, especially with Steel Song. I mean, what's the point? You can't shoot Steel Song at all, and you don't get rewarded for leaving anyone alone. It's very much stick and no carrot. I don't like carrots, but I'd appreciate one being offered." "Don't you think alliances help keep quadrant peace?" "No - they make me so aaaaaaaaaangry - that when the alliance is over, I end up killing twice as many Steel Song ships to make up for the lost opportunities." "That's a little disturbing. Want a carrot?" "Yeah ... okay."

Guys guys, take your fighting elsewhere. This is a reputable establishment. Or at least, we've established a reputation. You wanna talk games, go fire a torp. You wanna get Steel Song tech, there's a teapot shop around the corner. You want the finest good effective cheap Spice, and mostly non-watered down Vudka, you've come to the right place.

Oh boy, new member. Welcome. I encourage you to check out the torp war. It's about as much as fun as one can have here. Hahaha I don't know if that's an endorsement of the forum or not There is a lot of fun to be had all over the forum - and if you've only played HoS, then torping is a foreign concept. I'm pondering if HoS torping = strapping a Ratkin into a catapult, and launching them at the enemy. You might need to also target said ratkin with a fireball. yowid - what games have you tried of the TB's ... STF is pretty massive - it's almost as though they took elements from every game and combined it into one masterpiece. It makes your eyes water and your brain spin ... or is it your eyes spin and your brain water?!?

ST RPG v 6.1.37 Samsung Galaxy S8 Android version 7.0
Steps to reproduce 1. Find a planet that has a shortage (eg Rychart Prime had a plant shortage) 2. Take in a large quantity of shortage goods (I had 200 units of plants) 3. Sell the shortage goods in the exchange. You get a toast saying:
"You have ended the shortage! Reputation increased by x."
4. Buy back a reasonable quantity of the former shortage good (I bought 60 units
You get a toast saying: "You have ended the shortage! Reputation increased by x."
5. Sell some or all of the shortage goods you just bought
You get a toast saying: "You have ended the shortage! Reputation increased by x."
6. Repeat #4 - #5
Each time you do that, you get additional reputation bonuses
NOTE, if you buy 200 units back and then sell them in blocks of say 30 or 40, you get multiple hits of reputation.
Expected Behavior Once a shortage situation has been resolved, you should no longer get any further reputation points (toast should also be disabled)

I'm sure that the Empire saw themselves as the good guys too - if they were Steel Song, their death star would have been made out of paper mache

Torping everyone here in the spice hall in thanks.
I'm thankful that Steel Song exists, otherwise there would be more peace, more intelligent life in the quadrant, and more hats.
Steel Song are a blessing for Cadar manufacturers who would otherwise have to find other reasons for their excessive torp production.
Having Steel Song in the quadrant makes animals like the Arghblargle happy because with Steel Song, the Arghblargle has something stupider than it is (and that's saying something),
and finally ... let's face it, with the military prowess of a wet squib, Steel Song can really only pick on Javat and Rychart. Even then, Javat are probably the foremost experts on armor plating, so teapots are not that effective on Javat ships. Teapots vs Rychart hats, on the other hand ...
So yes, there IS a purpose in the quadrant for Steel Song. Let's all raise a glass, and Toast to our less fortunate, descendants of Ratkin, the Steel Song faction.
