I think an outright ban would be too heavy handed. Maybe make each dog cost like 2 normal party members and function like +50 heat? Something like that. +50 heat each or all together?

I am playing through all the fallout games currently. I have no idea how I got past all those parts before I got power armor in fallout one. super mutants were tough in that game I have to admit.

It was ages ago but I recall finding one in one of the hackable drop box things.

Perhaps add several more shortcut things like the KH transport or the legally questionable boat transport in fennian territory. That would make things more difficult but it would help those who rely on hunds if they cannot get a taxi. Or maybe have the hund shops sell cages to put your hund into for the taxi ride.

What about an EMp grenade since those are real. Or perhaps a self destructing drone that runs up to your enemy and explods. Possibley explosive grenades? (with the 1% chance of blowing urself up....? :33) The problem with grenades is the grenades at there is no AOE damage capabilities. I just noticed that emoticon thing at the end of your post.

Yes but you can get him as a fourth follower. The only way to do so that I know of.

You do realize you can train him up to be good for something? Might take a while but it would be good.

I had an idea, what if your reputation with the faction played into your success rate? If you are widely known and feared by the faction that the target is from you should be able to intimidate/torture them easier. If you are liked you should be able to convince them to give the information easier. Just a thought.

I have a question for the devs, is there a way to have armor/weapons change your attributes or ap?

Let me rephrase. I think he means that for each bullet in a combo, you pull the trigger, once per bullet, when in universe, you would just hold down the trigger. That assumes real time combat.

How does one get this guy? Just pure luck? I've been back and forth through the tunnels a lot recently, being on a CK binge, and have always gotten the usual Corp kill teams, Ox thugs, nano landmines, and bloody corpses. I think you go near a tent in the tunnel

And as for the REP. I have a positive rep with every faction. The only one I think is....knight horizon? And I have a +15 rep with them. Dude, that's amazing! How exactly do you manage that? Do you do combat missions at all, or just file/package transfers and negotiation/threaten missions? Also, does this rep apply to your MNB character or a sandbox one? I would assume if this is your MNB character we're talking about, so if you didn't turn the women in, how long did it take to get mars to like you again? I'm actually quite interested in finding this out... There are also encounters that give positive reputation without reputation drawbacks from other factions

Op in this case likely means overpowered.
