I not sure but are there mosters which are able to block curses? Something like magic resistance... It would be nice tactical add in my opinion... But I understand not everyone want it...

amongstshadows - I like the idea of a witch! I was just doing some RPGing over the weekend, and one of the characters was the son-of-a-witch, was a really interesting setup. Really nice idea...it could be mixed with monk class, coz with could fight witch claws for example And what if that character had some evil background or race... It will be feared in public... It will produce some conflicts and some sort of inquisition will hunt it... For example paladins like fyona... It would be nice to fight forces of good in normal town for example... Even if unintentionally...

Thank you both for very nice answers For that soak build I'm started to fleshing it out (don't know if used good words) I do bit ep1 and boost in Ep2 storerooms as training ground... I just need more testing bit these two combos was what makes me unsure... Now i will try probably silent stalker for that minus accuracy and Armor to waste minus dmg less time or use it always to full potetional... I also saw that fyona must have two handed hammer and some points battlefield devotion... And Selen is not needed with one point warding words... But have not tested tamilin that much but I feel I needed her Aoe dmg so much coz that Selen didn't work with this defensive Vreas and fyona and buff debuff kjartan... But with choking ash and silent stalker everyone did not high but stable dmg which is good to plan my attack...

Yes I wanted to know if all that -dmg isn't wasted... Or -acc in case of silent stalker shockwave... And I also want to know what is better form these two...

What is better combo choking ash and meteoric shockwave and Reckoning and the silent stalker or punishing blades... I really don't see difference at low lvls... And isn't shockwave Reckoning and punishing blades or meteoric shockwave and silent stalker overcurse when maxed?

Phalanx shield and maybe some Soc lvl, Meteoric Shockwave and maybe also some Quicksilver later... I don't think they will have only armor and Hp... Btw Vreas with Phalanx, Stoneskin and NM or some attack talent like juggernaut to help sp management? And of course Fyona must have 2 handed hammer... Coz otherwise group won't have needed dmg...

You will really need Tam's ranged AP cursing capabilities with that party setup, but having two weak characters that need babysitting will give you a tough time. Also, I don't think Pureflame Shield is worth the talent points, or Kjartan in general. Vincent's Flash Freeze will greatly reduce ranged accuracy, and not getting hit is the most important aspect of ironmaning. Of course but idea is most robust group... More defensive and slow and careful approach is what I like... I will need armor and resist for this...But I will max Reckoning for defense and -Ap so don't need full -ap TOS... PS Form Selen will have better range... But She doesn't have Aoe what tamilin have...And I need kjartan probably for warding words and no stealth lead beacouse its too dangerous for me...

So I have idea for Ironman group VKFT/S
The basic idea of group is maximum survivability. Phalanx shield, Stoneskin, Pureflame Shield, Meteoric Shockwave, Rightherous Fervour, Reckoning will be cornerstones of build...
Im Not sure who should be on stealth slot... Selen will add more self-survivability. Tamilin will much needed range and damage... I don't know what is more needed on higher nightmare Ironman games...

I like the potential... not sure how it could be balanced with the current game, but do like the potential... Maybe a legendary or two? It sure could help my melee party, [probably] not quite enough melee cursing potential in the game yet if you're playing without range. Of course enemies should get some of them duds too. ;-p Edit: I mean weapons having cursing powers in particular or ignore x armor would be potentially awesome... Critical strike is already all throughout... Critical is but this will be like plus 10% to every dagger... And for example spears will have 2 attack range... And swords will apply some curse, like minus parryzv coz there is no DOT...

What if different types of weapons have different bonuses. like for example all hammers have armor reduction, all daggers critical strike and so on... It will really matter what weapons you use, and it will bring some new tactics in my opinion...

Yes, probably going with NM with this group. But I do like the self-healing aspect of Stone Skin. How doest it self heal? Doesn't it just add max Hp?

I want a mage/Elementalist that can select which type of magic he uses, Fire, or earth, or Water or Air I'm pretty sure HoS air=lightning, water=ice. Kjartan's the fire covered, Vincent has air/lightning, we need ice and earth. Maybe the druid can shapechange, summon and has ice/earth ranged like the Krete... And what about some humanoid shaman, be it Krete or Orcin ot I don't know what... Or maybe just some half-human...
