I've defeated Tower of Sorrow and Tower of Pain but this door is still locked. Is it a bug? Did I miss something that would activate this door? I've explored everywhere else that I can get to.

fallingleaf - when you first approach the door, there is dialog about it. It states that only a sorcerer of Sedollan bloodline could open that lock (Vincent).

The door you're looking for to continue the story should be on the east side of the NW Wheel Road level. If it's locked there may be bug, someone else was having trouble getting in there.
