is there an advantage to *not* negotiating for your jobs?
i just wondered because i always negotiate

we have to add some nuances to this around skill, faction reputation and street credit.
hopefully in the future it will be a choice with advantages, compromises and a bigger skill roll / concept for the player.

How about if you fail a negotiation, the connector gives you a godfather response. an offer you cant refuse? Do the job, take what we are going to give you (less now), or the boys here will talk with you about it outside. The resulting fight would need to be hard enough to almost guarantee death. Or, don't give the option to refuse after a failed negotiation. Since no one "wants" to die *cough* play on easy, total reduction in heat *cough*, you just have to do the job for whatever they give you
