I think that we should have a little incentive for going to expensive Hotels... Either an extra XP for 2 in-game hours or slightly less expensive stat raises per 50 credits would be pretty cool.

abysmal - staying at better hotels already has a great advantage. Your time-until-Exhausted is longer the better the Hotel.

How do consider safehouses since they're free to stay in, do they count as high end hotels?

I wish I had a ticking timer in real life for my hunger levels... I forget to eat sometimes whenever I'm gaming. ^_^ Back on topic, I like it how it is now, I feel it isn't vague but the timer implementation is a nice touch. I look forward to seeing it in action.
