I've been exploring the inner area of the new map, and almost all of the anomalies have apparently been explored already (changed icon and all). I've tried on a few, but I'm still unable to explore them on my game.

Looks like a few of them are marked as explored on map load.
I fixed all 4 instances of that -- should update in your game next release.
The majority of them work fine, but there were a few misses. Sorry about that.
