Going back to Red Hill and Oskahold

I am close to finishing Ep.2.

However there are 2 Quests from Ep.1 and Ep.2  that have not been 100% completed. These are:

1. Ratkin in the Red Hill's store rooms. Although killed them all, I never reported back to Baron Giova

Question: Where is Baron Giova? It seems that I can't find my way back to Red Hill.

2. Never appeased the bodies of Tamara and Rove (couldn't remember where they are).

Question: Can I go back to Oskahold? Although I can see the "flag" in the World Map that means there is a quest to be completed, the game does not let me travel back there. Is there a way to bypass this and go back to Oskahold to complete that quest?

1. You may have killed the Ratkin, but you need to secure the floor. Visit each corner of the floor and make sure to go all the way near the brazier until a story event triggers. If you have secure the floor, the new Baron will meet you as you try to leave the area.

2. You cannot return to Oskahold at your point in the game (end of E2).

You can return to Redhill by going back through Kern's end and out the North exit. Kern's End is the map out the west gate of Riven Field.

Thanks, I will try that later. For now I am in the Vast Caves... :-)
