Help Me Flag A Review

Hey Guys,

This dude "Lou" put up a 2 star review on Cyber Knights.

I tried to reach out and offer him an refund but he got really hostile and said nasty things.

The core complaint I guess was that he felt like my hand typed responses weren't good enough...

"Ooh your sending me stock responses!!!...THAT I dont like at all. Until you can bring yourself to respond personally the review stays!!!"

You guys know me:

I'll do anything to keep happy customers but this guy I was not able to reach -- even with my best service attitude.

Thanks to Google's love (hate) of small developers, that 2 star review pretty much knocked us down the charts again.

Anyone who cares to -- can you go into the Android Market and flag his review as SPAM?

Dude because of your superb customer service..your hard work on star traders (which I.think is great) and with one promise I will remove it. When you update this game to the level of star traders you notify me so I can pick it up ,my only beef really was the graphics. With star traders I wasnt expecting graphics..here I was. Once you respond to this..ill change it.

The graphics and game play are works in progress on Cyber Knights -- like you said, hopefully we can match or exceed Star Traders.

Your support is much appreciated, purchasing the game based on our other product is a huge endorsement.

I loved Shadowrun table top in high school too. Always played the decker and got shot a lot! lol.

No form responses here, but Google Checkout e-mails are a little weird.

I got your first response in triplicate (3 exactly copies with different timestamps) in my mail box.

We're e-mailing each other at these odd google addresses "[e-mail]"

If you'd like to just e-mail me directly and avoid any duplicate posts created by Google Checkout my address is "[e-mail]"
