Getting better at Mind made the Mind and Intimidate start working, about as well as the Str and Intimidate option ... I failed at Intimidation in LV territory with 6 Mind and 8 Intimidate, but with the same stats (except 8 in Negotiate) I could win Hardball Negotiation in Fenian territory. o.0 Intimidation: 0/2 Negotiation: 2/2 Both in Ganglands, on Brutal with Cybersword CK Will test more as able... |

very interesting.
I have long suspected that the rep you have with the faction you are working against matters -- a lot.
Did the Fennians love you while the Los VC hated you?
and there is always the -- random factor bit --- you know.

I've suspected that myself for Negotiations at least. The Fennians do like me...
