I purchased ST RPG using amazon app store and later added the ship designer add on.
when i installed, once again using amazon app store the ST game on my new device, i can not use the ship designer.
the game redirects me towards elite purchase, but the ship designer option states purchased.
not only the purchase does not properly works to all devices linked to the amazon account, but even if i wanted to pay again, it won't let me.

There's been another posting on IAPs on Amazon, I quoted it here for you. This is for Heroes of Steel however(you've posted in the wrong topic). Unsure of if it'll work. First response from the Trese brothers in that thread was just to contact Amazon, they should get back to you pretty quickly on a fix. It's very counter-intuitive on Amazon. You have to "re-buy" each character. So click on the "Purchase" button in-game and you'll get taken to a screen asking if you want to purchase with money or Amazon coins. Choose one (it doesn't matter which) and press the "Purchase" button -- only then will Amazon check your account and realize that you already purchased the character. You won't get charged again and the character will be once again available in your app. |

I have moved this thread to ST Bug Reports. geoklng - you cannot get the Ship Designer IAP in Free, it has never been available. It sounds like you bought Elite and then the Ship Designer on one device, and then on the second device installed the Free app. You need to install the Elite app on the second device. If that is not the case and you are using Elite app on both devices, you'll need to reach out to Amazon support to have them help you restore the purchase. |
