In the empire summary, if I have two worlds at 15/10 and 0/5 minerals, it will claim I'm at 15/15. A similar thing happens with spice, habitation and quality. Can we get the numbers without "waste"? Because those over capacity numbers aren't being used, they're actually a drain not filling the need, and thus hide actual useful details about our status.

Actually, I guess population and quality do matter both qwith and without overages, since that changes maintenance and morale.
But spice and minerals, definitely are just waste.
Also might be good to be sure that espionage and research only count the total used, not counting points that aren't active due to low population.

I logged a ticket but this one is actually going to be pretty complex to implement.
Ticket #2939 4X - RFE - Limit Summary to In Use Values
We'll get there, just going to take some time.

I definitely second this idea. Since colonies can't share Spice, telling me "There is enough Spice for all" isn't much help if one colony has 30/10 and another has 5/10. Maybe tell us how many colonies have sufficient Spice vs how many do not? Not sure if that would work or not. Just a suggestion. :-)

I would also find this more helpful - not only with minerals and spice, but also with defense and habitation. If it'll take a while to implement, I understand. As long as it's on the to-do list for the future.
