I took this job and now I realize I'm not sure how I'm supposed to complete it. I'm supposed to get a briefcase or something from the target. I killed all the enforcers and now just the target left. Do I kill the target? Stun the target? Either one? I would just give it a shot, but this job pays over 10k and I don't want to mess it up.

Thanks crackshotcerberus. That worked. I thought it was 10K, but when I looked again it was only 7k. I must have read it wrong. I thought it said 9k before negotiation and then didn't read the negotiated price. Still the highest pay I've ever gotten. I was attacking Yakashima working for Blue Ox.

All bodyguards must be down. Then return the case to the new owner.

If you get into the habit of always stunning the target, you will never have one of those 'ooops, I was supposed to capture' moments. In every circumstance where you are expected to kill the target -- stunning is also acceptable. The reverse, of course, is not true.

Remember to carry a lethal weapon while in corp land, i had the longest fight with a drone because all i had was two stunner pistols.

With a high enough Brawling skill, even a 20 MP drone can be downed in one attack with the best tazer gloves. Those come in handy even if you don't have a lot in Brawling. They do MP damage more than HP. If your playing a Gunslinger, Dual shot can make even tazer guns deadly, but it is rare.

You can have your stun glove as your primary weapon, your claws as your secondary, and slicing up drones becomes a routine chore.

Why at all a job announced as "stealing" is essentially an armed robbery and a technical equivalent of the "capture" mission? Wouldn't it be more logical if it was a Stealth/Electronics based breaking and entering (with the security force arriving on failure)?

@passerby - perhaps a better name for the job? The target has an item we need to ... hijack?
Be sure to kill the target.

Perhaps so (though having a proper "stealing" job would be nice as well ). Oh, and about capturing job: I think it would make sense if the mission didn't end with simply tazering the target - you'd have to drag him back to the questgiver like a regular escort, with taxi refusing to serve and ambushers to win them back.

Haha that has been suggested about every 2-3 months since capture missions were created
