Starting stats are re-balanced, some of the mechanics were boosted or reduced to accommodate the new points spread -- this is to make everything consistent between classes, making sure they have the same starting stat loads and overall system percentage bonuses. All in all, a large number of very small changes, in the range of 5-10% each.
