I have two Fire HDX with 4X purchased in the Amazon App Store. The purchased skin packs load on one device and not the other. The store in-app on the one device still has the price listed. When I try to go through the purchase process (just to stimulate the download), it states that they are already purchased and they still don't download.
Nothing works. Any suggestions?

You may need to ask Amazon support to make sure that the same version of the Amazon App Store is installed on both devices.

rizik I had a bit of a problem with the ST captain designer IAP where I went through a loop of 10 Select that captain designer option 20 "you haven't bought this yet" 30 Enter store 40 "You have already bought this" 50 Leave store 60 Goto 10. Okay if I could remember more of Basic as programmed in the C64, it would have been funnier. The point is - I ended up having to leave the game completely (ie, quit game). Hopefully when you restart, it should be able to pick up the changes to IAP. <fingers crossed>

I have contacted Amazon about the issue, perhaps there is a software patch or some type of change on my end that I can make.
I will keep you posted -- this is just a double check, in my testing the purchases restore correctly when the device is configured correctly by Amazon -- but there may be other factors they could explain.

Amazon was able to fix the issue, so all is well. Not sure what the fix was since they had me try a number of things in several different places on the HDX.
