The new update is great! What's even better is that it didn't make me pay $1.99 to get it! I didn't realize it was a paid upgrade until I came here. I've been (quite happily) zooming around shooting torpedoes in my Alta Mesa fighter (the Flower class missile frigate, to be precise), oblivious to my new found VIP status.
At any rate, I have now bought it because you guys totally deserve it.

Thanks, it makes a very pleasant change to have updates every few weeks - and devs that respond after about 5 minutes of me posting a dumb question. Long live the Trese Brothers!

bookworm21 - welcome to the party. We're crazy (on the forums every day), unique (update as fast as Apple will let us) and sometimes it hurts (because we update fast, we have "No Reviews" on iTunes all the time) so we hope you'll share the game with some friends and help us by updating your review every time we post an update.

Will do! As I have an iPod 4th gen, it is fantastic to be able to have such great games for it that it can handle without breaking! Too many games on the iTunes Store have too much eye candy (and paywalls) and not enough game, and that is why I always keep coming back to TB. Who knows, if ST2 doesn't support my iPod, its clearly time for a new phone to replace my ancient brick!
