I find this very confusing. If I have a big reputation with a certain faction or even if it's my own faction, why do I get attacked?! This doesn't make any sense at all. I can understand a faction that doesn't like me...  |

we are working to improve the encounter system in this regard in the next several days.
your high level reputation reduces the number of attack related encounters, but they still happen.
we will be improving the types and distribution of encounters rapidly in the next week or so.
please stay tuned -- we know it is a problem and we have big plans to fix it and go way beyond

wait, what game are you talking about?
I think you must be talking about CK, I know I was. ST has a complex set of permits and rank that you use to avoid conflict with your loyalized Factions.
