Just wondering,
If you invest in Electronics, you're investing in your ability to interact with the technology of 22**. Aside from the nanites used in Medkits, what electronics aren't connected to the Matrix and therefore wouldn't be considered Hacking?
Drones, for example, are mostly build out of electrical components, but to receive orders would require Hacking. Same with Matrix terminals and so on.

It also helps when dealing with electronic sheep.

It also helps when dealing with electronic sheep. Ahh, but do androids actually dream of electric sheep? I'm still learning the ropes on ST, and have gone for a shotgun approach to my skills development. Gunslinger Cat (yes, his name is Cat) is probably the most well-rounded character I have ever had in a TB game. I have invested in hacking AND electronics because one number looked lonely when it was lower than the other. In the lsatt case it was Hacking. Hacking told me - boost me up or else. I said "Or else what? You're only a game". I failed the next three skills-checks. Suffice to say, Hacking is now the same as Electronics.

I've known several electric sleep that dream of androids. The equation has to have a balance, so androids must dream of electric sheep. If one only dreamt of the other, that might result in a,
wait for it,,,,
PARADOX!!!!!!!!!!

That isnt a paradox... that is a simple conditional statement a--->b a paradox would be if electric sheep dreamt of androids that were dreaming of electric sheep that were dreaming of androids dreaming of... etc etc
now thats paradox XD

It was decided long ago that the entire forum is open for torp attacks. Just like rabidbite's hidden easter egg stories, torps can be found everywhere.

Although torps are far more common... That beloved hoppler should place some easter eggs here and there, especially since the markets are selling them already (here at least).

Easter eggs were on sale a month ago here. Almost as soon as all the new years sales finished up, eggs started appearing.
Torping is a Shalun given right that we all must exercise and honor.
Aaand ... even having a sheep dreaming of an android that is dreaming of a sheep that is dreaming of an android, etc .... that's not a paradox and can't be. it's highly unlikely that we ever get a situation where that may happen, but is logically possible without anything seeming to contradict anything else.
Instead, I offer you the cookie theory. No, not that if the factions are the cookies, then independents are just the crumbs at the bottom of the jar because that's accepted cookie cannon. Buuuut if you didn't have factions, then everyone would be independent. But if you didn't have cookies, would you have the crumbs? If you didn't have the factions, then would the independents have enough protection from the Aliens, space hazards, and other such issues?
No the cookie theory I have (a new one) is that have you noticed ... Crunchy cookies are really nice and crunchy when they are fresh, but go a bit mushy/chewy when they are stale. Chewy cookies, on the other hand, are really nice and chewy when they are fresh, but tend to go hard and crunchy when they are stale. Is the natural state of cookie meant to be hard or soft?

The ratkin watched as ntsheep happily jumped over all the off topic post in this thread,
"Just how in the hell does he do this," it said to itself, "another thread derailed in just a few hours! What is with that sheep!?"

"He had help. it wasn't all the sheep's doing" "Are you defending him? Are you saying that your actions might have exasperated the situation?" "What .. errr not entirely well I er ... No, it was all the Sheep's fault. He derailed the thread. No cats have been implicated in this conspiracy despite any evidence to the contrary."

Sour cream has an expiration date... sooooo after that date does it go fresh... furthermore when fresh cream expires it sours... so does that mean that cream is infinite returning back to itself until we eat it all? "Mandalore, whats happening?" Mandalore looked through his cybernetic eye to the railway far below. He watched carefully as a large ball of yarn careened freely off tracks. The grizzled Cyber Knight replied slowly, "The thread was derailed." "Then we succeeded Sir." "No, some sort of woolen based paradox mine detonated before the thread even reached our charges." "Wool based? Paradox mine? Just who are we dealing with?" "A sheep. A very clever sheep."

That isnt a paradox... that is a simple conditional statement a--->b a paradox would be if electric sheep dreamt of androids that were dreaming of electric sheep that were dreaming of androids dreaming of... etc etc now thats paradox XD Thats not a paradox, thats an 'infinite regress'. A paradox is like the statement 'i always lie'. ergo if i always lie, i must be lying about always lying therefore.....
