2.1.5 star forge 3 not fully unlocked for all worlds

So, I have built a star forge 3 at Alta mesa prime,but none of my other Alta mesa worlds can do so. They all have star forge 1s which are claiming to be at the maximum upgrade.

I did skip the two Alta mesa techs in the side tree for factions and just got the star forge 3 and 1 if that is related. But even so, its weird that only one world can build it, as I did the same for mok and yet I have bunches of tradeway 3s.

did you build your first SF3 before last update? it change place where you obtain this upgrade so maybe this is issue?

The Star Forge 3 was moved to Alta Mesa 3 tech.

Yeah, I did reorganize them in the latest update. The post from Brutus Aurelius is the correct explanation.
