I bought a safehouse.
I installed a luxury pad.
I installed a clinic.
I left and came back to the safehouse.
It has a luxury pad, a clinic, and a dataport. I am sure I did not buy one. I bought another safehouse and did the same thing, with the same result. Now I am too broke to test whether the problem is with the pad, with the clinic, or with doing it in that order.
