I just got a replacement iphone with my insurance coverage and when I restored the game I see I have lost my game progress! How in the world do we transfer our save file between device, is there no cloud-save? I've bought all the extra content except the new 3rd chapter which I don't know if I'll reach now.
What is the deal ?_?

@nocloudsave - cloud save is supported. You have to enable Cloud Save on your old device and ensure that Heroes of Steel is on the app list that should be backed up.
To Restore your purchase, tap the Restore button.

How do I add HoS to my iphone's iCloud list? I don't see how to add it.
Helium looks like it is for Android from the brief look I took of it.

Do you know how to add HoS to my iphone's iCloud list? I don't see how to add it. There's no where that I can in the HoS game menu and in the iphone's icloud settings there doesn't seem to be a way to add it to the backup list there.

I have iOS 8.1.3
and I'm looking in my iCloud Drive, and it's not there even though game is installed. I tried toggling the icloud drive off then on again but still no HoS (?).

I just reinstalled the game. This time the Elite version which I thought I had but maybe not. Weird thing is HoS is still not in my iCloud Drive list and the 3 special characters
I bought can't seem to be restored in my Elite version. Will I have to buy them again?

Ok, so the purchases don't carry over from the free HoS version to the Elite version, Ok. I guess I'll stick with the basic version as I have all but the 3rd chapter paid for there.
So I still can't get a cloud save going for this game in my iCloud Drive (settings). This is frustrating. The basic version of HoS has cloud save too, right?

And availability of the purchased heroes as well as chapters. I bought 3 that don't transfer to the elite version no matter how many times I hit restore purchase.
The main thi g is I want to make sure my saves are going to the cloud now as I lost all my progress and don't wamt to lose it again.

@cloudsave -
1) There are two different, completely separate apps. You should use one or the other, and there is absolutely not way to transfer characters or purchases between them. It sounds like you've invested in "Heroes of Steel RPG" and should stay there.
2) Both games support iCloud restore. Do you have original device where the saved games were installed? Were you able to enable Heroes of Steel on that device? Also, ensure that "Documents and Data" is enabled.

Under iCloud in Settings, iCloud Drive is toggled on and under that it says "documents and data" but the list below doesn't include HoS which is the problem I guess. I've toggled it off the. on but no luck.
