If you want to save money, hiring gunslingers you wait until you find a loner being attacked and rescue him. But I always get the 'ganger
outfit' clad runner this way. It would be nice if I could rescue some better dressed people (Greybeard et al.) sometimes.
Also, the chip 'Persona Fixers of the NBZ' claims that the gunslingers you get out of the Blue Ox are better trained than the other sorts around, but I haven't noticed any difference. They cost more, though. Must be the clothes.
