I have rep 44 with KH.
I am only doing jobs for KH (from Secrets of Steel and the Moon Room Club). I have 3 of them active on my 4 job computer.
I am in KH territory (Old Bridge). I have a smuggler's case to deliver for KH to Old Church.
A KH enforcer stops me.
...The enforcer points at the concealed Smuggler's case, property of the KH organization. 'Hand it over, Knight, or this is going to get ugly.'
Is this supposed to happen? I thought my high KH rep would protect me from this sort of thing. I also thought that enforcers were pretty much only interested in stealing cases that were property of other Factions, not their own. Did I just roll a series of 0s or is this a bug?
