Yep, shortly after deciding I wasnt going to get HoS until after exams, I have given up on this resolution. It looks too good! On my way to download now I just know I'm not gonna get much sleep tonight... Further Maths, Maths, Physics and Chemistry A-levels are evidently less important than diving into the world of Steel!

Hahaha, what I think fallen is saying is ... "Even though you'll probably not do as well at your exams because you're playing my game so much, I really hope that this won't impact on your star rating for the game". I noticed that you aren't doing English at A-levels, so that means you won't have problems spelling "Awesome" or "Amazing" in the review itself. What's the difference between "Maths" and "Further Maths"? Is Further maths, where you try and do equations from the other side of the classroom? You really need long arms in that case. When are the exams? I'm sure you'll do well. Sleep is over-rated anyway

Further maths is basically another 6 modules, which are harder. Exams are from 13th of May if i remember correctly. Thanks for the good wishes, and im pretty sure i would have found something else to do when not revising if not HoS, so shouldn't impact results too much! Thanks for such a great game, I am really enjoying the animations and artwork for HoS - fallen you have come far indeed. Another great soundtrack as ever! With regards to reviewing, I bought the elite version straight off but can download the free version anyway if it will help to have reviews for both. A-m-a-z-i-n-g yeah? <--Now that just looks wrong...

Well I've played through some of E1A1 for a couple of hours, and am very impressed. Still havent reached the first town yet, but i think I getting there... Glad i bought the elite version - stopping a late night gaming session due to lack of wifi to purchase next episode would have been awful. Only trouble is, in that first two (or more, I lost count) hours I never really reached a convenient point to stop playing and post here . Well, my battery running out finally did the trick! I guess I should have expected this by now, but HoS is just a huge game. I never really believed the "I only play TB games" statements that have sometimes cropped up here, but then I realised I haven't played anything else on weeks since redownloading STRPG on a whim. If only O could remember where I first found out about it.

HoS is not only huge, it's proof that the TB can do story driven narrative with excellent core gameplay and a direct sense of progression, as well as the outstanding sandboxes we are used to from them. This bodes well for ST2, aka "The Perfect Synergy of Organic and Synthetic and the End of All Things". With ST2... I am become death! The destroyer of worlds!

Much better While you're at it, please - hold off on the death and destruction until ST3 is released as well.

I certainly hope that you didn't think the game required you to get to camps or inns in order to save your game?!? ... you know that you can stop any time, even mid-battle and the game is smart enough to save where you are. You're not just using the "I have to get to the next camping ground" as an excuse to keep playing ...... of course it's a damned good excuse, and your exam isn't until May, so you got oodles of time. Me - right now I'm preparing a monthly financial report about the state of my product lines, so I'm not distracted by TB games at all nosiree. ... in fact, this is an automated post - no cat behind this keyboard .. honest

Lol, no i worked out that it auto saves constantly. The only problem is that I always want to see the effect of my stat increases once i have got them, hence finding it hard to know when to stop. Finally made it to Osakahold, now going looking for someone's caravan. Tamilin finally has a decent bow
