Okay, fallen, I got some surgery for my Agent EX runner-- 2 head implants. Naturally his health drops to 3. I drag him to rest and level at I-93's Homeless Shelter and he recovers 1 HP for a grand total of 4HP and like 5-7MP. o.0 Is this normal for Brutal, maybe? |

Officer Genious - that is how healing works on all difficulty levels. If you have physical damage, crashing in a flop house of a hotel does not heal your wounds. Nor does sleeping in a high-end hotel stitch you flesh back together  You need to visit a professional doctor or get a medkit.

What you may be misremembering is that if you go to the doctor's clinic and heal your HP up there, you will get your MP healed to 5 as part of the deal. For every point of HP you buy you also get am MP if your MP is <5 .
