When risking more how about the chance of the explorer being damaged or destroyed? Like when you accidentally trigger some old defenses or get shredded by some narvidians in ST when exploring?
Only getting hit with a morale loss is kinda boring

I think we need to have more relevant results based on the game turn. A late game morale decrease is insignificant. Giving me $300, 30CP, 30RP in the beginning are big, but comes year 10 that is a drop in the bucket.
